June 13, 2021

Welcome to my Self-Care Sunday’s B.R.E.A.T.H.S. blog post. A couple weeks ago, I discussed the top five reasons self-care is important, followed by 10 tips you can do to maintain proper self-care. I decided to break down the 10 Tips You Can Do to Maintain Proper Self-care and focus on one tip each week to give extra pointers on how to manage self-care at least one day a week. This week, I discuss how to take yourself out on a swanky date, not just any date, a stylish and lavish date with all of your favorite luxurious desires.

Conclusion

Self care is extremely important because the more you love yourself, the better you can love everyone else, and be a good role model for your loved ones, too. Self dates are a great way to get to know yourself better and start finding out what experiences bring you joy. When your loved ones see you having fun and loving yourself, they will most likely do the same for themselves. I hope that I have inspired you to try out some new ideas on treating yourself like royalty.

  1. That sounds like an exciting self date. I don’t think I’d ever have time to plan anything swanky like that but I’d settle for an afternoon or evening sitting on the beach all by myself just to reflect.
